Sportsmanship & Code of Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect toward players, umpires, guests, or staff, on or off the field. Coaches are responsible for enforcing good sportsmanship among their players and fans.
- Any player, coach, or fan ejected from a game is suspended for the next six innings (carrying into the next game if needed).
- The Tournament Director has final say on all suspensions and conduct decisions.
Game Format
- Time limit: 1 hour 45 minutes drop-dead; no new inning may start after 1 hour 30 minutes (Championship games play under normal rules, no time limit).
- Mercy rule: 12 runs after 3 innings, 10 after 4, 8 after 5 — applies at every age level.
- Championship game length: 6 innings for 12U and under, 7 innings for 13U and up.
- Pool play may end in a tie. Bracket play (including Championship) always plays to a winner.
- Any forfeit is scored 10–0.
Rosters
- Rosters and insurance must be submitted to the Tournament Director one month prior to the event.
- Include player name, number, and date of birth. Proof of age must be available on request (physical or electronic copy accepted).
Pitching Restrictions
- 10U and under: max 6 consecutive outs pitched per game; once removed from pitching, a player cannot return to the mound that game.
- 11U and up: pitch-count discretion is left to coaches, but USA pitching guidelines are strongly recommended. Player health comes first.

Scheduling & Scoring
All games are scheduled and scored through a GameChanger tournament. You’ll receive an email before the tournament with instructions to join — please don’t create your own unofficial games.

Tie-breakers, protests, weather cancellations, and detailed end-of-game scenarios are covered in full in our official rulebook — download it below for complete details, including everything umpires and coaches need on game day.
These rules are not all-inclusive. Common sense applies at all times — violations may result in suspension from tournament play. The Tournament Director has final decision-making authority on all matters not explicitly covered.

Weather Policy
In the event of adverse weather during a tournament, the following will be used for a 3GG tournament:
| Games Played | Refund |
| 0 | 90% (covers fixed tournament costs) |
| 1 | 50% |
| 2 | No refund |
If weather forces us to condense the schedule into a 1-day tournament with reduced game times, any team that only plays 2 games will receive a $50 credit towards a future tournament.

4GG and 5GG tournaments will use the following weather-related refunds:
